Classes Locations and Costs

Our regular classes are suitable for all levels and we welcome beginners age 7+ to adult at any time. If you are looking specifically for a beginner class for children, we have a NEW after-school time session on Thursdays at 5pm which is suitable for ages 5+.







Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre

Every Saturday at 4pm

Studio 1, 1st Floor, Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre, Adelaide Road, London, NW3 3NF

We train in an air conditioned studio which has a sprung wood floor, mirrored wall and ballet bar. Full change and shower facilities are available. Class lasts approximately one hour and costs £9 on a pay-as-you-go basis.

All you need for your first lesson is the fee. Comfortable clothing that will allow free range of movement such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt is recommended for the first few lessons. There is no rush to order a karate suit – you can do that from us at any time. We train barefoot and all jewellery must be removed before the class starts. A bottle of water and some fruit such as an apple or banana is ideal for after the class.

Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre is located just above Swiss Cottage station. Take exit 1 and turn left. The centre is on the left hand side, beside the library. Tell the reception staff at the main desk that you are there for karate. Walk through the gates, up the stairs and around to the left – we’re in the studio one on the right-hand side.

Parking is available on the surrounding roads, with residents’ parking and yellow line restrictions lifted after 1.30pm on Saturdays. Just check the signs.


North London Collegiate School

Every Sunday at 10am

North London Collegiate School, Dalkeith Grove, Stanmore, HA7 4SQ. Access is via the sports centre

North London Collegiate School is a 10-minute walk from Stanmore Station. Turn left out of the station and take the first road on the left, Merrion Avenue. Walk down to the end, turn left onto Dalkeith Road and the school entrance is just over the humpback bridge on the right-hand side. Staff at Canons sports centre reception will direct you to our studio upstairs or look out for people wearing white karate suits.

Please bring trainers along to this session as we sometimes like to go for a 5-minute run at the start.

O2 Centre, Finchley Road

Every Tuesday at 6.30pm

The Venue, 2nd Floor, O2 Centre, 255 Finchley Road, London, NW3 6LU

We train in a large hall which has a sprung wood floor, mirrored wall, ballet bar and natural lighting. Limited changing facilities. Class lasts approximately one hour and costs £9 on a pay-as-you-go basis.

All you need for your first lesson is the fee. Comfortable clothing that will allow free range of movement such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt is recommended for the first few lessons. There is no rush to order a karate suit – you can do that from us at any time. We train barefoot and all jewellery must be removed before the class starts. A bottle of water and some fruit such as an apple or banana is ideal for after the class.

The O2 Centre is a 1-minute walk from Finchley Road Underground station. Turn left out of the station, then left again into the O2 Centre. Take the lift / escalator upstairs. There is a corridor alongside Byron restaurant, walk to the end and turn left.

Parking is available in the O2 Centre car park. If you spend £10 or more in Sainsbury’s, have them validate your parking ticket for 2 hours free parking. Or if you stay to eat, you can get your parking ticket validated at one of the centre restaurants for a discount. There is also some metered parking available on surrounding residential roads, payable only up to 6.30pm weekdays.


Harrow School Sports Centre

Every Wednesday at 7pm

Harrow School Sports Centre, Garlands Lane, Harrow-on-the-Hill, Middlesex, HA1 3GF

We train in a large sports hall. Full change and shower facilities are available. Class lasts approximately one hour and costs £9 on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Harrow School Sports Centre is a 10-minute walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill Underground station. Pass through the ticket barriers and exit left onto Station Approach. Walk straight ahead and cross Lowlands Road, turning left. Continue along Lowlands Road to the traffic lights at the crossroads and turn right onto Peterborough Road. Garlands Lane is the first turning on the left, leading down a steep incline to the sports fields car parks. Turn right at the bottom – the sports centre is a short walk on the right-hand side.
